Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in job evaluation and organisational design? We're looking for an Interim Job Evaluation Co-ordinator to join one of our clients on an interim basis to support a critical phase of their workforce transformation programme. As the Interim Job Evaluation Co-ordinator, you will:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end job evaluation process across a range of roles.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and HR colleagues on job design, role profiling, and grading.
  • Coordinate evaluation panels, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with agreed frameworks (e.g. Hay, GLPC, or bespoke schemes).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and governance requirements.
  • Support the development of job descriptions and person specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in job evaluation, ideally within the public sector or large complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
