Interim Property Consultant

A large Local Authority is seeking to recruit an interim Consultant at Director level to undertake a deep-dive review of its asset portfolio, covering both residential and commercial properties. The objective is to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

For the commercial property portfolio, the primary focus will be on identifying areas where greater value can be extracted from the assets.

Following the review, you will also be expected to deliver strategic recommendations and support their implementation. Experience in both strategic transformation and operational delivery is essential.

The hiring panel welcomes applications from interims with a blend of Local Authority and Housing Association experience.
