Infrastructure Security Delivery Lead

Our top retail client are looking for an Infrastructure Security Delivery Lead to join them on a 12 month contract basis.

This role is needed to spearhead critical programmes across Security, Network, and Data Centre Services. This role is pivotal in delivering a robust Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementation and driving strategic infrastructure transformation.

• Lead the delivery of a ZTNA VPN replacement project, ensuring performance, stability, and security across the enterprise.
• Govern service delivery across multiple vendors and managed service providers, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Oversee service design and introduction, ensuring new solutions are operable, scalable, and aligned with cybersecurity and architectural standards.
• Manage operational and cost risks, ensuring infrastructure platforms remain secure, robust, and performant.
• Develop business cases and deployment plans for future ZTNA use cases, with a focus on long term value and operational excellence.

• Extensive experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure and security programmes in high demand environments.
• Strong background in service delivery management, including vendor governance, service transition, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Technical expertise in areas such as Zscaler, Palo Alto, NSX, VPN, SOC/SIEM, AD, MFA, SSO, VMware, and hybrid cloud.
• A solution focused mindset with a passion for driving innovation and operational excellence.
• Experience in retail (online and physical).
• Specific experience with the Zscaler suite of Zero Trust solutions.
