We're looking for a HR Generalist ready to step into a People Partner role-a highly visible, business-facing position supporting managers and employees across key client groups.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing practical, solutions-focused HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with leaders, employees, and global People teams (including Centres of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition) to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build HR business partnering experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Partner with leaders on talent discussions, development planning, and internal mobility
  • Facilitate onboarding touchpoints and early-stage employee check-ins to support engagement and retention
Culture, Engagement & Inclusion
  • Champion NETGEAR's culture and values across your client groups, reinforcing behaviours that reflect who we are as a company
  • Support employee engagement survey cycles, including facilitating manager debriefs and helping teams translate insights into clear, actionable plans
  • Partner with the wider People & Culture team to deliver engagement initiatives, learning programmes, and culture-building activities
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, heard, and supported-regardless of background, identity, or role
HR Programs & Operations
  • Execute core HR processes such as promotions, transfers, and organisational changes with accuracy
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, programme rollouts, and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Irish and European employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:
