About the Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive and ambitious HR Administrator to become a core member of our HR department. This isn't just an administrative role-it's an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the entire HR lifecycle working across all HR departments. You will be instrumental in supporting our HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Learning, and Compensation & Benefits functions. This role is the perfect chance to be completely embedded in HR in a busy manufacturing environment.
Main Tasks:

Become an HR Process Expert: Master essential HR processes and provide support to the entire HR team.

Support Change and Deployment: Actively help the team with the deployment of key HR projects and strategic initiatives.

HR Tools: Support essential transactional activities, ensuring our HR tools operate seamlessly.

Data Analysis: Organize, analyse, and prepare HR data to inform presentations and reviews.

Ensure Operational Excellence: Coordinate and manage attendance data
-
Support Talent Management Processes: Use your expertise to assist with recruitment campaigns and learning priorities for the site.

Support People Strategy: Support HR Business Partners on the annual cycle of People activities, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Talent Management.
We Are Looking for an HR Administrator with:

A genuine desire to build a career in HR.

Strong IT/Data analytics skills

Prior business administration experience, ideally within an HR environment.

An understanding of how HR contributes to the business.

A high degree of Adaptability and the ability to support multiple HR topics simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft and Google-suite, especially Excel, to manage data.

A proactive mindset and a proven ability to anticipate needs and deliver innovative solutions.

Strong communication and teamworking skills

A strong customer-orientation with a responsiveness and solution-driven approach
