Heritage Building Surveyor

Your new companyA national consultancy specialising in historical and heritage sector projects. Their work includes architectural conservation, building pathology, damp prevention, damp surveys, timber surveys etc. You will be working in a beautiful, historical building in South-East Manchester where you will be a part of a team of 6. Their office location offers parking on site and beautiful views all round. Your new roleIn this role you will be delivering pre-purchase surveys, building repair projects including surveys during repair and any new build troubleshooting. You will deliver advice on problems and how to fix them. This role will be split between time on site delivering surveys and in the office delivering the reports. What you'll need to succeedYou will be a technical building surveyor keen to work on the historical sector projects. If you have experience delivering technical, building pathology surveys and are passionate about historical/ conservation work, this job will be right up your street.
