Help Desk Analyst 1st Line Support 2nd Support Service Desk

Permanent - £23,000 - £27,000 (Depending on Experience)

Aberdeen

Oculus Technology Solutions have been engaged to support on a held desk analyst 1st Line Support 2nd line support Service Desk role with a growing client in Scotland.

You will be responsible for multiple hundreds of users, offering support over the phone, as well as having the ability to escalate issues at desk side.

You will be a strong communicator with a range of technical knowledge that you want to put in to practice, with a supportive organisation.

Key Skills:

  • Experience & Knowledge of Windows 10 & Linux OS
  • Knowledge of M365
  • Experience / Knowledge Virtualisation (VMWare / vSphere)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory / GPO

There is 2 stage interview process, with a decision made quickly for the right person
