  • Leadership and strategic development of the region
  • Monitoring and optimal adaptation to future market developments
  • Managing the growth of the region's operational business
  • Leading branch managers

  • Intensive collaboration with all branches and business divisions
  • Guiding the integration of new employees
  • Qualitative and quantitative personnel development in the region

QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Completed studies in engineering, economics or a similar field
  • Several years of leadership experience, particularly in leading and developing Managers
  • Ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Proven experience in establishing efficient structures and processes
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented manner
  • Communication skills and persuasive strength and power
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High willingness to travel
  • Previous experience with a technical service company is an advantage.
WEITERE INFORMATIONENIn your role as Head of Region Northwest, you will steer the further expansion of the region and be responsible for the entire product portfolio of TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH. You will drive innovations and align your area of responsibility for the future. You will personally support key business clients and ensure the communication of important company objectives in the region. You will initiate cross-regional project work with the target to further strengthen the region and the company. As part of the personnel policy, you will be particularly responsible for leadership development. As Head of Region Northwest, you will develop a holistic perspective, comprising strategy and tactics to further strengthen our Region Northwest.
