Phenospex is a growing scale-up on a mission to make digital phenotyping the industry standard. We empower breeders and the crop protection industry to bring innovations to market faster and drive sustainable agriculture by automating phenotyping and enabling data-driven decisions.

As our Head of Product, you'll lead the product strategy and also roll up your sleeves to make it happen. This is a unique opportunity to own a product that bridges cutting-edge technology and real-world agricultural impact, in a company where speed, flexibility and creativity matter.

What you'll do

• Lead portfolio strategy, identify market opportunities and drive product value.
• Turn innovation into real-world impact by sponsoring new developments with a clear focus on customer value, timing and budget.
• Define and drive go-to-market execution with Sales & Marketing, shape compelling value propositions and lead global product launches.
• Engage regularly with key customers, researchers and industry thought leaders, acting as the voice of the customer and linking market needs with roadmap decisions.
• Own product P&L, monitor performance and steer lifecycle priorities, variants and phase-outs.

Your profile

• 7+ years' experience in product management (AgTech, instruments or similar).
• Preferably a degree or domain knowledge in Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or comparable business background is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in bringing B2B products from concept to market - including global rollout and lifecycle management.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on drive.
• Leadership experience (initial team of 3).
