The role

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for Neobrain's overall marketing strategy. Your mission is to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive opportunity conversion to support the company's hypergrowth in the French market.

This is a key position that combines strategic vision, operational execution, team management, and cross-functional collaboration with the Sales, Product, HR, and CSM teams.

Your main missions

Define and lead the overall marketing strategy

  • Shape a marketing vision aligned with business goals;
  • Prioritize actions based on personas, market verticals, and growth targets;
  • Design an annual marketing plan built on key pillars: awareness, acquisition, nurturing, conversion, retention.

Design and launch innovative campaigns

  • Launch multi-channel campaigns (events, ABM, inbound, paid, email, SEO );
  • Leverage field insights to develop distinctive messaging;
  • Promote a test & learn, optimization, and personalization culture.

Generate qualified leads and drive acquisition

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to optimize the funnel;
  • Track lead generation KPIs: MQL, SQL, conversion rates, CAC;
  • Deploy an ABM strategy on priority accounts.

Manage the marketing team

  • Lead the current team;
  • Foster a culture of performance, creativity, and accountability;
  • Oversee external partners (agencies, freelancers, tools).

Ensure alignment across marketing, product, and sales

  • Create sales enablement materials: decks, case studies, industry content;
  • Share market insights with the Product team;
  • Synchronize communication milestones with commercial cycles.

Optimize performance and ROI

  • Monitor and analyze performance via HubSpot, Salesforce, GA, Looker, etc.;
  • Continuously adapt strategy and actions based on data;
  • Deliver monthly reports to the executive committee.

Position Neobrain as a market reference

  • Identify thought leadership opportunities: opinion pieces, conferences, podcasts;
  • Build a strong, innovative, and differentiated brand image;
  • Keep a close watch on HR Tech and SaaS marketing trends.

Profile and experience

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including 3 or more in a scale-up or SaaS environment.
  • You have a proven track record in acquisition campaigns, ABM, content marketing, and events.
  • You are fluent with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Looker.
  • You have natural leadership, excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a results-driven approach.
  • You bring strong business acumen, branding expertise, and team leadership capabilities.
