Job Description

Are you a dynamic HR leader with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement? Our globally renowned client is seeking a talented Head of Employee Relations to truly partner with the business across the UK and EMEA. As the Head of Employee Relations you will define, design and drive forward the strategy across EMEA in line with key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Policy Development - Update and design new policies in line with labour laws and regulations, coach stakeholders on any changes.
  • Employee Engagement - Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development - Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, empowering managers and employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Relationships- Harness and develop relationships internally and externally to ensure overall success
  • Analytics - Generate and understand the meaning of data to make informed recommendations to the business.

Profile

You will be a strong relationship builder with the ability to influence using data and knowledge. As the Head of Employee relations you will have a pragmatic and commercial mindset and enjoy working at both a strategic and operational level. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and resilient to change. You will ideally have experience of working across EMEA and have built relationships previously with work councils.

Travel to EMEA will be required at least once per month.
