What's the role? Join our Graduate Scheme after studying for your BSc (Hons). You will be based in our Loughborough office and will specialise in Project Management. This is a blended learning opportunity combining exposure to the whole business. The role is office-based and focused on Medium to High Voltage Power Transformer Projects. The scheme will start in September 2026 and last two years.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Manager with delivery of the project kick off meetings as required.
- Support the Project Manager with delivery of the client kick off meetings as required.
- Issue and receive documentation as detailed within the contractual Document Requirement List to the client (and suppliers if applicable) through a formal document control system.
- Assist with the expediting of procurement as required to ensure all goods are received in line with the project schedule.
- BSc (Hons): Project Management
- GCSEs at a grade 4 or above

- Clear verbal and written communication
- Confidence with numbers and technical measurements
- Organised and methodical approach
- Strong time management and reliability
- Logical thinking and problem-solving
