At Spreetail our customers are our brands, whose goods we sell to the end consumer. The end-to-end relationships and market knowledge we build with our vendors are what separate us from our competitors. Working alongside the Merchandise Director you will support the team in enhancing the best performance for our brands and their SKU's we invest into for EU.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

To be successful in this role, We are looking for a candidate who possesses exceptional Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables) with the proven ability to analyse vast amounts of numerical data with success. We would need to you demonstrate a highly analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure as a resourceful communicator. A growth mindset and a collaborative nature is key for success in this role

• Crafting Daily Success - Prepare reporting (internal & external) for weekly and monthly review meetings, develop presentation materials including PowerPoints and data analysis charts that clearly display Spreetail executing market share growth for the brand, making sure each deck is suited to the unique needs of that brand.
• Performance Management Support - Efficiently work with brands to capture necessary item level information that will allow Spreetail to grow our assortment, as well as the brands market share with our channel partners & performance management of purchased inventory including but not limited to; review daily and weekly sales performance, recommends replenishment actions where required & ensure high level of accuracy and timeliness with orders.
• Reporting - Generate regular reports via Excel, Hubspot, Microsoft PowerBi and other platforms to analyze KPI performance and provide insight and recommendations to the management teamRelationship Builder - Build strong relationships and high level of trust with brands.
• Discover, Research & Connect - Research new brands and find appropriate contacts to add to business development pipeline.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you must have a willingness to learn quickly and grow outside your comfort zone. Other qualifications

• University degree
• Willingness to learn all aspects of sales and business development - including the sales cycle and grow into an active role, including cold calls, outreach and meeting follow ups
• Love to talk to people on the phone and engage in conversations with new brands
• Strong organizational skills and time management ability & natural love of being in the data/ Excel
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, grow outside your comfort zone & highly self-motivated mindset with a focus on achieving goals
