Role Overview:

As Finance Manager, you'll drive financial management and reporting, ensuring efficient financial planning, control, and compliance. Collaborate closely with the CEO, Finance Director, and Board to provide timely financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage daily financial transactions with a small team's support.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Supervise core accounting functions, including ledgers, payroll, tax, and investments.

- Deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory financial requirements.

- Implement financial control systems to protect the organization's assets.

Candidate Profile:

Seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership skills:

- Self-starter comfortable in an SME environment.

- Excellent communicator fostering collaborative relationships.

- Resilient, proactive, adept at managing multiple priorities.

Requirements:

- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA).

- 3-5 years' experience in a similar SME finance role.
