Job Title: Finance Business Partner (Sales)

Salary: £85,000 + Bonus + Equity

Location: Shoreham-by-Sea (Hybrid)

The Finance Business Partner provides strategic commercial business partnering support to the Group Sales function across Focus Group. Within the role, the position will provide decision support to the leadership team of the Sales functions under the remit of the CRO and will seek to drive business performance and create value. This role is expected to be integral in the formulation of strategy, decision-making and execution against objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Business case/investment modelling
• Strategy, budgeting & forecasting
• Non-finance stakeholder management
• Decision support

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Detailed knowledge of Snowball and ARR metrics
• Experience working with PE firms
• Experience building business plan models on a recurring revenue basis
• Extensive financial modelling and Excel skills
• Knowledge of data cubes and experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tool
• Ability to build relationships and influence in a fast-paced high-performing business culture
• Ability to work collaboratively with Group Finance colleagues
• Excellent communicator who can effectively engage with financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Ownership of areas of responsibility and delivery focused
• Proactive problem solver with a commercial mindset
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and comfortable challenging at this level

Desired Skills:

• Experience of commercial business partnering
• Experience using Power BI
• Business services industry experience
• Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage
