Finance Business Partner

Hybrid working 1 -2 Days in Office Warwickshire
Temporary Full-time Hybrid (1 - 2 days in office)

Hourly Rate: Negotiable

We are working with a respected charitable organisation seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to support its Operations and Resources functions.

This is a commercially focused partnering role, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality management information, budgeting support, and financial insight.

Key responsibilities
  • Production of monthly management accounts with variance analysis and forecasting
  • Business partnering with budget holders across Operations and Resources
  • Annual budget preparation and ongoing monitoring
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
  • Support for statutory accounts and audit queries
  • Performance reporting, KPIs and sector scorecard analysis
  • Improving financial processes and supporting system integrity
Requirements Essential
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA) or exceptional finalist
  • Strong management accounts and budgeting experience
  • Proven business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities
Desirable
  • Experience in not-for-profit, housing, or regulated environment
  • Knowledge of FRS102
  • Advanced Excel
