Family Solicitor - Location: Chippenham. Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE). Working Arrangement: Office based with ad-hoc hybrid.

About the Role

A very rare opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a highly respected and popular law firm in Chippenham. Due to tremendous growth and an ever-increasing volume of work, the firm is expanding its team and seeking a solicitor with 3+ years PQE.

This is an exciting role where you will benefit from a constant flow of new instructions, meaning there is no business development requirement and no targets. You'll be supported by an established team, including direct mentorship from a senior partner with decades of experience. The firm prides itself on valuing its staff and providing opportunities for professional development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role will involve managing a mixed family law caseload, with a strong emphasis on finance work, particularly litigated finance matters, which form a significant part of the firm's instructions. This is an outstanding opportunity for a solicitor who wants high-quality work without the pressure of billing targets, in a firm that is experiencing genuine growth.

Responsibilities

• Be a qualified Family Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.

• Have strong experience in finance-related family matters, including litigated finance.

• Be confident in handling a mixed caseload of family matters.

• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.

• Be motivated to grow within a thriving and supportive firm.
