Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to senior professionals
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient day to day operations through proactive organisation and prioritisation
Travel & Coordination
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, and logistics
  • Prepare travel documentation and meeting materials
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences
Financial & Billing Support
  • Manage expense reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Support billing processes, including time entry, invoicing, and tracking outstanding payments
  • Liaise with finance teams to ensure efficient billing cycles
Client & Team Interaction
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients
  • Support relationship management and business development activities
  • Maintain CRM systems and update client records
Administrative & Compliance Support
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Support internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Key Requirements Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast paced, professional environment
Skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience managing travel, billing, and administrative processes
