Executive Assistant Role - Full-Time - Hybrid!

Key Details:

  • Pay Rate: £162.92 - £202.72 Daily (£42,359.20 - 52,707.20 Annually)
  • Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (3 days in the office)
  • Location: Near Shoreditch, London
  • Contract: Potential for extension

Top Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of complex calendars and coordination of various meetings
  • Organizing comprehensive travel arrangements, encompassing all logistical aspects
  • Meticulous handling of expense reports in both domestic and international contexts
  • Active involvement and multitasking in diverse ad hoc projects, ensuring meticulous follow-up
  • Preparation assistance for presentations and document drafting
  • Collaborative engagement with Executive Assistants across multiple regions
  • Quick and efficient problem-solving in a dynamic, demanding environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting senior-level management
  • Proficient in managing multiple, complex calendars
  • Experience in organizing meetings, managing both domestic and international travel, and coordinating events
  • Capable in project management and coordination tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Rapid adaptability to organizational structure and team objectives
  • High levels of integrity and discretion
