Job Description
Qualifications
  • Industry tenure. 5+ years in UK construction, property, or housing, with at least 2 years in a role that owned outcomes - not just advised on them.
  • Live relationships. Working network of Project Directors, Commercial Managers, Operations Managers, Heads of Design, and Heads of Digital across UK Tier 1 contractors, housebuilders, and housing associations.
  • Handover fluency. Practical, grounded knowledge of the handover process and current trends - Building Safety Act, Golden Thread, Gateway 2/3. Holistic, not BIM-dogmatic.
  • Commercial instinct. Has directly owned or influenced customer relationships through to successful outcome.
Preferred Exclusions
  • Time-served CS career path (CSM Senior CSM Director CS) across horizontal SaaS companies. Will default to process and playbook.
  • Idealistic or dogmatic BIM mindset. We need a flexible operator, not a standards purist.
