Enterprise Architect Operations

As Enterprise Architect Operations, you will shape and translate Stedin's strategy for a sustainable future into concrete changes in the organisation and IT landscape. You will focus on products, value streams and departments that improve and expand the energy network, delivering new energy for our customers and society.

• Translate the energy transition strategy into specific organisational and infrastructure changes.
• Make the impact of these changes visible and provide frameworks for the long term direction.
• Advise and mobilise diverse specialists within Change & Run and management across all layers of Stedin.
• Collaborate with specialists from areas such as electricity grid, gas grid, finance, customer, market facilitation, asset management, IoT, OT, telecom, security, and more.
• Ensure that architecture decisions are well communicated to decision makers, the change organisation and the execution organisation.

• University level education.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in developing architecture (theorised in TOGAF, Archimate, reference architecture such as Nbility).
• Experience with agile work and the SAFe framework.
• System thinking and knowledge of IT & OT systems, critical infrastructures, business processes and large transformation programmes.
• Strong domain knowledge across energy carriers and infrastructures, including electricity grid, gas grid, finance, customer experience, market facilitation, asset management, IoT, OT, telecom, and security.

• Salary up to €8,170.79 per 40 hour week, based on experience and qualifications.
• 24.5 vacation days and participation in the ABP pension scheme.
• Personal budget 24 % (incl. 8 % holiday pay).
• Sustainable employability budget €500 bruto per year.
• Remote work: 50 % home, 50 % office (Rotterdam, Blaak). Flexible arrangements and a home office allowance.

The role is available in 32, 36 or 40 hour per week configurations.
