Enterprise Architect - Telecom, Consulting

Position Overview

Specialist in Telecom Product Management and Transformation for the Dutch Market. We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Enterprise Architect specializing in Business Support Systems (BSS) for the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in telecom Sales, CRM, Billing, Product and Resource management and transformation, a proven track record in managing large enterprise B2B products, and an understanding of the evolving Dutch telecommunications landscape. This role requires a forward thinking professional with strong knowledge of AI driven solutions and a passion for accelerating time to market for innovative telecom services.

Key Responsibilities

• BSS Architecture Leadership: Design and optimize end to end BSS architectures tailored to the needs of large enterprise clients in the Dutch telecom market, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compliance with industry standards.
• Sales/CRM/Product/Resource Management for B2B Segment: Lead the development and lifecycle management of B2B telecom products, collaborating closely with business and technical teams to define product vision, roadmap, and value propositions.
• Transformation Initiatives: Drive digital transformation projects within the BSS domain to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business agility.
• AI Integration: Identify and implement AI driven solutions to automate business processes, enable advanced analytics, and deliver intelligent customer experiences.
• Time to Market Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to reduce product launch cycles and accelerate delivery of new services to enterprise customers.
• Market and Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in global and Dutch telecommunications, advising on innovative technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics relevant to the B2B sector.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in telecom BSS architecture, design, and implementation for large enterprise clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of the B2B segment, including enterprise customer needs and value drivers.
• Strong background in telecom product management, from ideation to launch and post launch optimization.
• Demonstrated experience leading transformation initiatives in the telecom industry, particularly in product and process modernization.
• Hands on expertise with AI driven telecom solutions and their application in business support systems.
• Track record of delivering improvements in time to market for telecom services and solutions.
• In depth knowledge of the Dutch telecom market, including regulatory environment, key players, and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, TM Forum, SAFe).
• Experience working with international telecom operators or consulting firms.
