English speaking Shift Operator

As an Upcoming Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you'll work with high-quality raw materials to produce flavor and fragrance ingredients used in everyday products. Accurately weighing and processing ingredients based on production orders; Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace during production; Following quality and safety procedures to ensure smooth operations; Collaborating with colleagues to keep production running efficiently. You'll work in a 3-shift system: Night: 23:00 - 07:.91 gross per hour (excluding shift allowance) 20.5% shift allowance for all worked hours A long-term, full-time position with the possibility of a direct contract at IFF based on performance Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level) Willing to work in a 3-shift schedule At least 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator Physically fit, proactive, and a true team player Over het bedrijf International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is a global leader in the creation of flavors and fragrances.
