Energy & Asset Management Director
Location: London or Hybrid
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits

We're recruiting an Energy & Asset Management Director to help shape the future of our Facilities Services Advisory business. This leadership role focuses on expanding our consultancy services across energy management, asset strategy, IoT, and net zero - combining commercial awareness with technical credibility.

You'll work alongside a capable energy team, but your role will focus on growing our market presence, winning new work, and managing client relationships. This is an ideal position for someone currently in consultancy or advisory roles looking to build something of their own with the support of an established organization.

This role offers genuine autonomy, supported by tools and a collaborative environment to thrive. You'll have the opportunity to shape the business's direction, grow your reputation, and deliver meaningful impact for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting the strategic direction for our Advisory business and leading its growth in core technical services
  • Developing new client relationships, leading work-winning efforts, and strengthening our market position
  • Building our presence in energy, asset management, and the emerging net zero sector
  • Shaping and owning product offerings in response to market and client needs
  • Collaborating with the wider energy team to implement developed strategies
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues to foster a high-performing consultancy culture
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in consultancy or advisory within the built environment
  • Strong understanding of energy management, net zero, IoT, BMS, or FM
  • Proven ability to develop client strategies and deliver successful outcomes
  • Commercial acumen with confidence in business development, pipeline management, and P&L
  • A hands-on leader eager to make an impact with a new team

Our benefits are designed to attract and retain talented people, including:

  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, with options to buy or sell additional days
  • Pension scheme with up to 8% employer contribution
  • Personal Wellbeing and Volunteer Days
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Life Assurance
  • Salary sacrifice car scheme (Hybrid/Electric Vehicles)
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Program supporting mental health and well-being
  • Flexible benefits such as Dental Insurance, Gym Membership, Travel Insurance, and Tax-Free Bikes

Next Steps:

We are committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone is treated fairly and with respect. We will outline the recruitment process in advance and accommodate any needs you may have for participation.
