Shift Patterns

Various Shift Patterns:

• Day Shift: 6am-5.30pm
• Night Shift: 6pm-5.30am

Note: Initial 6 weeks of training will take place during weekdays (Mon-Thu).

Rate of Pay

It is dependent on the shift pattern and your experience:

• Mon-Thu shift pays from £9-£11
• Fri-Sun shift pays from £11-£14.50

Working in a busy manufacturing & production area, for a large engineering company. These roles offer an opportunity to join a world-renowned company, who are specialists in their field.

Working within a team of Technical Assembly Operators, Support Engineers & Team Leaders you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe and accurate assembly of subsea telecommunications equipment.

Main Duties

• Using electrical, electronic or mechanical assembly skills & expertise to ensure product is built to acceptable quality
• Following Engineering drawings and specifications
• Building, assembling and installation of modules that make up the suites
• Rack wiring completed for all the panels connecting to each other as per drawing
• Assembling different power supply units and installation of cubicles
• Working on control panels, including complete wiring on the panels using crimp tools
• Component & D-type connector soldering
• Electrical/Prototype Wiring
• PCB Building
