The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings that help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption, and we also deliver focused guidance through global specialty practices that cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

The ProServe team is seeking a skilled Cloud Application Architect to join our team at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to implement AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives, and you'll be a key player in supporting customer success through their cloud journey by providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Possessing a strong understanding of AWS products and services, you will work with customers to implement and support enterprise application modernization and cloud development. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and implement migration strategies to AWS. As part of our team of trusted advisors, you will be responsible for implementing solutions, following best practices, optimizing performance, and supporting risk management throughout the project.

Key job responsibilities

• Implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Provide technical support throughout project delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective migration strategies
• Support customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Contribute knowledge within the organization through documentation and creating reusable artifacts

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with SOA, ESB, and n-tier architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in Spanish within technical and business settings
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, or AWS Certified Developer - Associate
