About the role • Lead the design and optimisation of automated customer journeys in Journey Builder and Automation Studio, leveraging SQL and behavioural data to drive engagement across the full customer lifecycle. • Oversee the creation of intelligent audience segments using geographic, industry, behavioural, and lifecycle criteria to enable highly personalised, targeted marketing. • Manage end-to-end form operations (FormAssembly), ensuring accurate data capture, seamless system integration, and full GDPR compliance across all touchpoints. • Develop and refine automated triggers, onboarding flows, and behavioural communications that nurture leads and support acquisition, retention, and upsell activity. • Apply advanced SQL expertise to execute complex segmentation, deduplication, data quality checks, and in-depth performance analysis. • Track and interpret campaign engagement metrics-including opens, clicks, conversions, and subscriber behaviour-to identify trends and drive optimisation. • Build automated dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility of campaign performance, regional activity, and engagement insights for stakeholders. • Maintain and govern data extensions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliable segmentation across Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Embed GDPR and data governance best practices by overseeing preference management, opt-out processes, and compliance checks across all marketing workflows. • Provide strategic insights, data-driven recommendations, and continuous optimisation strategies to elevate targeting precision and improve overall campaign effectiveness. About You You are a hands-on data professional with marketing experience. You have deep experience of business-as-usual data requests including data extensions and forms. You may also have some experience of subscriber analysis, reporting automation, upselling and cross-selling activities.You have very strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach and passionate about automation. You can demonstrate combining problem solving and multi-tasking skills with the ability to understand, translate and deliver upon marketing data-related requirements requests.You have a track record working with customer and marketing data in the Salesforce environment, and your technical skills include Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder), SQL, Excel.
