This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the educational mission of our school while playing a key role in managing our data assets.Position Overview: As a Data Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our data assets to support informed decision-making and enhance educational outcomes. Working closely with faculty and staff, you will manage data acquisition, storage, and analysis processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic educational environment and make a meaningful impact on student success.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure the integrity and security of our data assets. Oversee data acquisition processes, including data collection, storage, and maintenance. Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify data needs and requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs. Conduct data analysis to extract insights and inform decision-making across the school. Establish and enforce data governance best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Lead efforts to clean, organize, and maintain data quality to support accurate reporting and analysis. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications: 1 years of experience in data management or a related role, preferably in an educational setting. Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and staff. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with educational data systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor) is a plus.Location and Benefits: Located in Surrey, our school is easily commutable from surrounding areas.
