Customer Service & Admin Assistant

£12.71 per hour Contract until January Shift options: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat Hours: 10am - 6pm

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join a busy, friendly team supporting customers with their delivery bookings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, speaking with customers, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calling customers to reschedule delivery dates and times
  • Preventing failed deliveries by confirming access, availability, and booking details
  • Providing excellent customer service with a confident, professional phone manner
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • General administration and database use to support the wider team

  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • A calm, friendly approach to customer conversations
  • Ability to multitask and manage a steady workload
  • Basic admin experience and confidence using databases or CRM systems
