• You will be responsible for delivering professional Customer Communications (verbal, written, digital)
• Ensuring customers are helped to achieve their objective when contacting the dealership
• Supporting all departments across the business
• Provide professional and effective telephony cover for the business and to ensure customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner
• First point of contact, over the phone or online
