Description
The Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Direct interaction with customers through both inbound and outbound telephony, mail and email
- Respond to customer objections and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills
- Handling payments
- Cross sell products
- Meet quality standards
