Take inbound calls from customers, along with responding to emails and live chat Actively listen to customers and respond to them in an empathetic manner Understand customers' personal situations and effectively provide tailored solutions Develop and agree repayment plans, which are bespoke to each customer Direct customers to free debt advice, when they are in difficult positions Negotiate with customers who have the ability to pay Identify potentially vulnerable customers to provide them with extra supportWho are we looking for?Have at least 6 months experience working in collections or financial servicesAre friendly and able to be empathetic to customersLike to solve problemsDemonstrate great communication SkillsWant to make a differenceIf you like the sound of this role, please apply for an immediate interview!
