Job Description
AUFGABEN
  • Overall accountable for medical devices customers, all their projects, certificates, complaints and the communication with the client
  • Accountable for P&L of the related medical devices customer, this includes revenue and costs/ressources needed for a project
  • Accountable for A2C (timeliness of every project including all project milestones).
  • Overall responsibility for the management of employees within the framework of related operational projects. This includes authority to issue directives.
  • Responsible for Business developement of all TÜV SÜD Services (including testing) for the customer and the corresponding market segment.
  • Establishs a functioning, dedicated team for the customer including PC and a "Regulatory Client Associate"
  • Monitoring of project progress and KPIs
  • Deals with any kind of related escalations.
  • Responsible for regular customer meetings. Keep the customer up to date with information
  • Forecasting projects and workload for his/her client. Demands enough individually authorized personnel from the Expertise departments for the future projects of the client
  • Close collaboration with EM regarding expert performance
  • Establish standards for customer management (together with other RM and the RD)
  • Acts in the sense of the IVDR/MDR as "conformity assessment procedure responsible"
  • Support onboarding of new customer from the same segment
QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Technical or Natural Sciences related Degree from University
  • Fluent in German and English Language written and spoken
  • Travelling Flexibility up to 30% national and international
  • Several Years of Experience with Medical Devices and in the Medical Devices Branch
  • Several Years of Experience with ISO13485 and MDR
  • Several years of Customer Relationship Management Expertise in the Medical Devices Branch
  • Leadership Experience is a plus
  • Several years of professional experience in working with KPIs
  • Several years of experience with process and structure implementation and -optimization is desirable
  • Very good MS Office Skills, especially Excel und Powerpoint
  • SAP desirable
