Hands on Creative Director to lead the Creative Team and join the Leadership Team of this lovely B2B Agency in the North West

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
Location: North West England, Cheshire

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Join the SeniorManagementTeam to help make business-critical decisions that advance the agency, and;
• Develop and pitch proactive and innovative ideas that inspire and delight our clients (inc AR/VR, print motion and Events).
• Help distill complicated B2B propositions into simple and memorable responses.
• Ensure our creative output delivers a positive ROI and drives growth/ positive results for our clients.
• Coach, lead and mentor the Creative Team.

ABOUT YOU

A hands on Creative Director from a B2B/B2C Agency background, with the ability to mentor and lead their Team creatively, as well as add Strategic vision to the Agency.

• Comfortable pushing creative boundaries across all comms: digital (inc AR & VR), print, motion & events
• Experience of developing and pitching proactive and innovative ideas that inspire and delight clients.
• A passion for harnessing new/ emergingtech that solves commercial problems
