Job Description

We're seeking a Contract Data Scientist to spearhead the development and validation of our inaugural Marketing Mix Model. This pivotal role involves transforming cross-agency data into actionable insights, directly influencing growth, creative, and strategy teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping our data-driven approach, turning complex analytics into clear decisions that drive significant impact for brands.

What you will do

• Build, validate, and stress-test a Marketing Mix Model (MMM).
• Analyse cross-agency data to generate insights for growth, creative, and strategy teams.
• Build and optimise dashboards in Looker Studio and Metabase.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience with MMM and advanced marketing analytics.
• Strong fluency in SQL/BigQuery, dashboarding tools, and statistical modelling.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
