What you will do

• Partner with the CEO to define company vision, strategy, and execution roadmap, addressing operational bottlenecks.
• Own the long-term product vision and roadmap, integrating customer feedback, scientific insights, and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex agronomic models and data into intuitive, actionable product features for growers.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience in a deep tech or agritech startup, ideally spanning both product and operations.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to effectively bridge technical and commercial domains.
• A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset, comfortable leading from initial concept through to market scale.
