Client Relationship Support

Role PurposeKey duties & responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate client records on our back office system and ensure all client communications are recorded.
- Prepare, process and monitor the delivery of new and existing client work, ensuring clients always receive high quality service.
- Prepare the necessary client packs and documentation ahead of all meetings.
- Liaise with product and investment providers and collate information accordingly.
- Ensure the planners, and clients, are updated regularly and in a timely manner throughout the client journey.
- Review client files upon completion of business.
- Work to target Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements.
- Actively promote ideas and suggestions and participate in all business improvements as part of the firm's commitment to continuous improvement.
- Adhere to regulatory conduct rules and understand professional ethics and the firm's methods and standards of working.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Financial Services (Cert CII (FS - units R01 & LP2 (minimum/working towards)
- Working towards CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS)
Experience
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant software packages
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice
- Knowledge of financial products and plans
