Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Client Accounting Executive to join our fast-paced and collaborative Media Finance Operations team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in finance operations and client service, looking to build a career
As a Client Accounting Executive, you'll support our Client Accounting Managers and Directors in delivering excellent client service and helping meet key Trade Working Capital targets. You'll be responsible for a variety of finance processes that underpin our client relationships and internal operations.
ResponsibilitiesWhile your role will evolve as you grow, your initial responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Running and analysing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Unbilled reports, and supporting ReSources teams with query resolution
- Preparing and maintaining weekly KPI Tracker reports for team meetings
- Booking Agency Fees (Retainer and Out-of-Scope)
- Managing and recommending closure of Client Purchase Orders (POs)
- Supporting the Client Accounting Director on both internal and client audits
- Maintaining accurate Client Records and acting as the first point of contact for Master Data File enquiries
- Performing monthly Quality Assurance checks (e.g., Production, Adserving, Booking Category, Unreconciled Buy reports)
- Supporting WIP and Prebill cash reconciliations
- Managing Production billing and 3rd party PO processes
- Reconciling Debtors reports and aligning with client invoice portal exports
- Handling day-to-day Client/Agency finance queries
- Managing the PO Records in PO Tracker platform
- Overseeing Intercompany billings (trafficking)
- Acting as finance point of contact for multiple local markets, and supporting Media Buyers with Prisma and finance queries
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
