Our client is looking for a dynamic senior chef manager who has had previous chef management experience in a recognisable high quality, fresh food business to work in their busy school kitchen. As the new Senior Chef Manager, you will be wholly responsible for cooking meals for the busy lunch service and responsible for the management of the lunch service. Within the kitchen you will be supported by a kitchen supervisor and 4 catering assistants.

What's involved?

As the new chef manager, you will be in charge and have control over the menu planning and development using the fresh seasonal food. Other responsibilities will be looking after the full day to day running of the kitchen, costing, stock control, ordering and training, motivating, and mentoring the catering team.
