What will you be doing?

As a chartered building surveyor at TFT, you will:

Manage your own client instructions with autonomy and support.

Advise on TDD, dilapidations, party walls, PPM, reinstatement cost assessments, and more.

Work across sectors such as offices, retail, logistics, and mixed-use.

Collaborate with teams nationwide to deliver outstanding results.

Support sustainability and ESG-focused initiatives.

What do you need?

MRICS qualification.

Experience in commercial surveying.

A proactive, team-oriented approach.

Strong client-facing and communication skills

A passion for delivering high-quality, insightful advice.
