About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedProgramme Directorto lead a portfolio of complex, regulatory-driven change initiatives across the organisation. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while delivering strategic transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of regulatory change programmes across multiple business areas.
• Manage programme lifecycle, governance, and reporting up to Board level.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, consultants, and SMEs.
• Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and withstand external scrutiny.
• Influence senior stakeholders and provide clear, actionable insights for decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• MSP, PMP, or APM certification preferred.
• Proven experience delivering complex regulatory change programmes within financial services.
• Experienced at acting as the point of contact for Regulators within Global Banking institutions.
• Strong knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver results.
