The CDM Principal Designer's role

The CDM Principal Designer will carry out duties under the CDM 2015 regulations, including site inspections, maintaining risk registers, reviewing project documentation, and ensuring effective coordination between all stakeholders. The role is ideal for a CDM Principal Designer ready to take the next step in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The CDM Principal Designer

• At least 2 years' experience in a CDM role (essential)
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
• APS or IOSH membership (essential)
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
• Working knowledge of CDM 2015 and safety regulations
• Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills
