Business Analyst/Architect - Pharma

We are supporting a major programme within a global pharmaceutical environment and are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst/Architect to shape strategy and guide technology direction across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to evaluate current business strategy, assess alignment with the existing IT ecosystem, and define recommendations for future-state solutions. This role suits someone who can comfortably operate at both strategic and technical levels - either a Senior Business Analyst with strong architecture exposure, or an Architect with solid business-facing capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current business strategy within Pharmaceutical Sciences and assess alignment to IT systems and platforms
• Map business processes, data flows and capability maturity across the function
• Identify gaps, challenges and opportunities for transformation
• Define recommendations and strategic options to enhance performance and enable scalability
• Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to influence future decisions
• Contribute to roadmap creation and architectural direction

Experience Required

• Proven background as a Senior Business Analyst, IT/Enterprise Architect, or hybrid profile
• Ability to operate at strategy level while understanding technical detail
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience defining recommendations, roadmaps or solution direction
