Associate/ Associate Director - Systems

Responsibilities

• Implement MBSE methodologies and practices in project execution.
• Create and maintain system architecture models using Sparx Enterprise Architect or a comparable tool.
• Participate in technical discussions and decision making processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of full systems engineering lifecycle processes.
• Engage with key stakeholders to develop ontology, system definition and ensure alignment of project requirements and objectives.
• Opportunities for project management and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Significant Systems Engineering experience.
• Rail Industry experience is preferable.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of MBSE methodologies.
• Experience with modelling tools such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability in effective stakeholder engagement.
• INCOSE ASEP Certification.
• Chartered Engineer status, or strong progress towards it.
