Responsibilities- Assist in the day to day running of the shop, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Assist in managing, training and supervising shop staff, both paid and volunteer.
- Ensure the shop's appearance internally and externally aligns with brand standards and is attractive to customers.
- Motivate and encourage staff to achieve sales targets through excellent customer service.
- Drive sales on the shop floor while maintaining a positive working environment.
- Retail supervisory experience.
- Retail experience (essential).
- Ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
- Strong financial and leadership skills.
- Brand awareness.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Contract Type: Permanent Full time
Contract Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary Scale: €17,659.20 per annum. A 1% profit share and bonus (pro rata) are added if targets are met.
Annual Leave: 21 days per annum + 2 gift days.
