Asbestos Removal Supervisor / Manager.

Overview

We are working closely with a nationally recognised and well-respected provider of a wide range of Asbestos Management services. They are now recruiting in the South East of England for an Asbestos Removal Supervisor / Manager to join their longstanding removals department. The successful candidate will have experience working within the asbestos removals industry, with excellent people management skills you will be overseeing and managing teams of site staff, ensuring all work is being carried out in line with client's requirements and agreed timelines. Experience & Qualifications

• Experience working within an established Asbestos Company.
• Will have experience working within a management / supervisory position.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Holding the ARCA supervisor ticket or other industry relevant ticket would be beneficial to the role.
• Well versed in industry relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
• Able to communicate efficiently with clients and colleagues of all levels.
• IT literate, confident making site specific RAMS, reports and providing clients with quotes and tenders.
• Organising workload in line with company and client needs.

The Role

• Visiting various Commercial & Industrial sites, managing teams of site staff as well as overseeing and managing both licenced and non-licenced projects.
• Creating site specific RAMS ensuring to amend correctly when required.
• Ensuring that work is being carried out in line with industry relevant Health and Safety guidelines as well as pre-planned timelines.
• Providing clients with competitive and detailed tenders and quotes.
• Undertaking and successfully passing HSE audits.
• Liaising with internal management, ensuring smooth day to day running of the site.
• Liaising with clients, ensuring to maintain and continue building successful, professional relationships.
• Carrying out / recommending training for site staff when required.
