Asbestos Lab Analyst - Nottingham

This successful asbestos consultancy has recently acquired several new contracts and due to this increase in workload now needs to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Asbestos Lab Analyst to join them in the Midlands region. Consideration will be given to applications from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and the surrounding areas.

• Must have attained the P401 qualification.
• Experience working in a laboratory/office environment within the asbestos industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Package.
• Attention to detail.

• Receive and appropriately log in samples.
• Prepare samples and carry out analysis of samples for fibre content.
• Reporting analytical findings.
• Complete analysis test sheets.
• Assist with any other lab/office duties as required.
