Enable Ireland provides services to over 13,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families from 43 locations in 14 counties, covering childhood to adulthood and offering a range of services for personal development and independence.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Support Grade III to join our team in CDNT 7 Tymon.

Contract Type: Permanent Part-time 0.40 WTE

Contract Hours: 14 hours per week

Salary Scale: €28,377 to €45,992 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments) and may increase in 2026.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum

Responsibilities

Work closely with members of the interdisciplinary team, other members of the administration team and managers to provide comprehensive administrative support, including efficient reception cover and greeting visitors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support in a busy office environment.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with reception duties and interacting with members of the public.
  • Experience working with Healthcare Database Software or similar system.
  • Experience with audio typing.
  • Experience working in a Health or Social Care setting.
Qualifications
  • A recognised and relevant Secretarial/Administration Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a busy office environment.
