Reports To: Head of Finance
Liaises with Functional Leads: Finance Assistant & Office Manager, Marketing Officer, CTO
Contract Type: This is a part-time role. Up to 16 hours per week for 6 months initially, with a view to increasing further thereafter.
Location: The role is based out of our Dublin 7 office, with hybrid working available.
Background and Purpose of the RoleWe are seeking to appoint an AccountsIQ Implementation Consultant to promote the take up and use of AccountsIQ by Irish charities, and to assist them with its design, implementation and post implementation support.
AccountsIQ, is a SORP compliant web-based accounts system. It provides a powerful financial management solution for charities. Enclude has assisted many charities both large and small across the country to successfully adopt AccountsIQ. In line with our goal to reach and support more charities to adopt the AccountsIQ cloud solution we are seeking to recruit an accountant with experience in designing and implementing accounts solutions for organisations to drive this work.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Business Development & Marketing- Work with the Marketing Officer to promote the offering.
- Promote and provide system demos to charities.
- Manage our portfolio of AIQ clients.
- Liaise with AIQ and ExpenseIn.
- Gather client requirements.
- Assess, review, and agree chart of accounts structure, cost centres and design options with client.
- Plan, design and build solution.
- Complete data set up and data importation.
- Test, review and sign off the solution.
- Provide user documentation and training.
- Liaise with AIQ on second line support issues.
- Manage activation of user licences.
- Work with clients on system enhancements: e.g. accounts structure, reports.
- Assist with integrations to other platforms - Payroll, ExpenseIn, Salesforce.
- Work with the Finance Assistant & Office Manager to:
- manage client licences, invoices and accounts
- provide support responses and handle enquiries
- Participate in staff meetings.
- Experience in a finance role and managing a finance function.
- Experience in designing and implementing accounting systems.
- Excellent management, planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in AccountsIQ - access to a blend of training will be available.
- Experience in non-profit accounting & reporting.
- An interest in and commitment to the ethos of the not-for-profit sector.
- A can do attitude to bring the benefits of AccountsIQ to charities.
- Ability to work with initiative and willingness to support clients and colleagues.
