3rd Line Network Support Engineer - CCNP, LAN, WAN, Fortinet, Firewalls, SD-Wan - £45,000 - £55,000 - Northampton - Hybrid

We are working exclusively with a fast-growing Systems Integrator and Managed Service Provider to find a 3rd Line Network Support Engineer. You will be working with aa wide variety of clients in terms of size and verticals, so you will be working with lots of different solutions. There is exceptional growth and development on offer.

You will be working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. There is an on call rota that is 1 in 5 and you will receive an on call bonus.

Key Skills:

• CCNP
• Proven MSP experience at 3rd Line level
• LAN/WAN/SD-Wan
• Good routing protocols - OSPF, BGP
• Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing & switching environments
• FortiGate Firewall policies
• Web filtering, application control, IPS/IDS signatures, SD-WAN. FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Azure and AWS Networking technologies and deployments

Responsibilties

• Proactively monitor and maintain hosted and managed systems.
• Take ownership of client problems and respond proactively.
• To assist service desk engineers as a mentor point to develop overall skill levels across teams.
• Accurately log incidents and track actions in the ITSM toolset
